Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of the Ecomness platform, as well as all logistics, technological, and commercial services offered.

By creating an account or using the platform, the seller acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

Ecomness acts as a technological platform and intermediary logistics provider, and is not the final reseller of the products.

1. General terms and seller responsibility

The seller is fully responsible for:

  • the products they market
  • their advertising campaigns
  • the information provided to customers
  • marketing compliance (claims, visuals, descriptions)

Ecomness intervenes solely as a logistics and technological operator.

Ecomness cannot be held responsible for:

  • the seller's commercial performance
  • advertising broadcast by the seller
  • customer targeting errors
  • cancellations linked to customer demand

2. Pricing of logistics services

2.1 Delivery

  • 8 DT per successfully delivered order.

2.2 Returns

Dropshipping

  • 3 DT return fee
  • 1 DT packaging fee

Stock Reservation

  • 1.5 DT return fee
  • 1 DT packaging fee

2.3 Packaging

  • 1 DT per order

2.4 Order Confirmation

Customer validation service before shipment.

Pricing

  • Dropshipping: 2 DT / delivered order
  • Reservation: 1.5 DT / delivered order

2.5 Order tracking

Logistics tracking can be provided through two options:

  • 0 DT: tracking managed directly by the seller
  • 1 DT / delivered order: tracking handled by Ecomness upon the seller's explicit request

When the service is enabled, Ecomness provides:

  • shipment tracking
  • coordination with carriers
  • management of logistics incidents

3. Stock Reservation

Reservation allows the seller to secure dedicated stock for their marketing campaigns.

3.1 Financial terms

  • 30% of the wholesale price paid at reservation
  • 70% remaining debited progressively through sales

3.2 Legal nature

Reservation constitutes a commitment to stock allocation, and not an immediate complete sale.

Stock is considered definitively acquired only after full payment.

3.3 Validation

Requests are subject to:

  • logistics validation (actual availability)
  • financial validation (solvency / payment)

Processing time: 48 hours

4. Stock verification

Stock verification is an informational service.

An “In stock” response:

  • does not guarantee future availability
  • does not constitute a reservation
  • does not commit Ecomness to blocking the units

Only stock reservation guarantees allocation.

5. Order processing and confirmation

The confirmation service aims to reduce cancellations and improve the delivery rate.

The seller must provide:

  • advertising creatives
  • product information used in marketing

Processing time: 48 hours

Ecomness reserves the right to refuse or suspend a confirmation if the information is deemed inconsistent or misleading.

6. Payments and transfers

Payments are made twice a week:

  • Tuesday (before 12:00 PM)
  • Friday (before 11:00 AM)

Payment method: bank transfer only

6.1 Banking responsibility

The seller is solely responsible for:

  • the correct entry of their RIB
  • the update of their banking information

Ecomness disclaims any responsibility for delays caused by incorrect or missing banking information.

7. Exchange policy and disputes

7.1 Time limit

Any request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

After this period, no claim is accepted.

7.2 Responsibility analysis

Ecomness / supplier responsibility:

  • defective product
  • preparation error
  • product non-conformity

Seller responsibility:

  • misleading or exaggerated advertising
  • poor product description
  • customer expectation inconsistent with the actual offer

7.3 Fees

When responsibility does not lie with Ecomness, logistics fees remain at the seller's expense.

8. Fraud and abuse

Ecomness reserves the right to:

  • suspend a seller account
  • block payments
  • cancel orders

in case of suspicion of:

  • advertising fraud
  • order manipulation
  • false customer confirmations
  • abuse of the return system
  • behavior harmful to the platform

9. Limitation of liability

Ecomness does not guarantee:

  • a minimum sales volume
  • advertising performance
  • commercial results

The platform provides only a logistics and technological infrastructure.

10. Suspension and termination

Ecomness may suspend or close a seller account without notice in case of:

  • non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions
  • fraudulent activity
  • non-payment of fees
  • damage to the platform's reputation

11. Stock ownership

Stock becomes the seller's property only when:

  • 100% of the amount is settled
  • via direct payment or deduction from sales

12. Final provisions

Ecomness reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms.
